The SEO and AI search specialist toolkit

Quick & easy SEO tools for daily and quick use for different tasks.

0 ready to use now 0 being built

1. Indexing and crawling

Start here when a page is missing from search. The answer is usually in one of these rather than in the content.

Ready Noindex checker Use when a page will not appear in Google. Checks all four places a page gets blocked, including the noindex Google can never see because the page is also blocked from being crawled.
Being built Robots.txt tester Use when you need to know whether one specific URL is allowed, and which line of the file decides it, for any user agent.
Being built Redirect checker Redirect and Status Checker Use after a migration, or when a URL behaves oddly. Follows the chain hop by hop and shows every status code, the final destination and any loop.

2. AI crawler access

A different question to Google indexing, with different answers. Blocking is only half of it, because several AI crawlers do not run JavaScript.

5. Rendering and mobile

What a crawler actually receives, and whether the mobile version is the same page. Two of these need a real headless browser, which is why they sit further out.

Being built Mobile-friendly test Use when auditing a set of templates for mobile usability problems, in bulk rather than one page at a time.
Needs a browser Fetch and render tool Fetch and Render Use when you need to see exactly what a bot sees: source, rendered HTML, a screenshot and which resources are blocked.
Needs a browser Mobile-first index checker Mobile-First Comparison Use before a mobile-first audit. Compares mobile and desktop for differences in content, links and structured data.

6. International SEO

Easy to get subtly wrong and hard to notice, because nothing visibly breaks when it is.

Being built Hreflang checker Hreflang Tester Use when international pages rank in the wrong market. Checks return-link reciprocity, self-reference and valid codes. Reciprocity is where hreflang usually fails, not syntax.
Being built Locale-adaptive tester Use when one URL serves different content by country or language. Requests it with different settings and diffs what comes back.
Being built XML sitemap generator Sitemap Generator Use when you have a list of URLs and need valid XML, with alternate language tags. Runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.
Being built RSS feed parser Use when auditing what a site actually publishes and when. Pulls URLs and published dates out of a feed.

7. Local SEO

The checks that only matter when the searcher's location changes the answer.

Being built Local SERP checker Local Search Tool Use when a client says they cannot see themselves ranking. Shows results from a specific city or postcode, on desktop and mobile.
Being built Google review link generator Review Link Generator Use when setting up review requests. Generates direct Google review links in bulk from business names or addresses.

Two things we are not building, and why

An AMP validator. Google removed the AMP requirement for Top Stories in 2021 and the format has been winding down since, so a validator now means maintaining something for a shrinking audience.

An algorithm update tracker. That is not a tool, it is a promise to update a page within hours of every confirmed update, forever. A stale tracker is worse than none.

An .htaccess tester is a maybe rather than a no. Testing rewrite rules properly means implementing Apache's mod_rewrite behaviour, which is a project in itself, so it sits behind everything above.

If you need any of these today they exist elsewhere, and we would rather say so than pretend the gap is not there.
