Definition
An llm-info page is an ordinary web page of plain facts about a business, written so an AI assistant can quote it accurately. It usually covers what the business does, who runs it, where it operates and what it costs. There is no spec and no standard name.
Example. A page at example.com/llm-info listing the company's services, founders, locations, prices and the questions customers ask most, each as a short factual sentence.
Check that AI crawlers can reach the page with the free AI Crawler Access Checker.
How is an llm-info page different from llms.txt?
An llm-info page is a normal HTML page, while llms.txt is a separate Markdown file. That matters: the AI crawlers that already read your site read the page under the same robots.txt rules, while no AI company has said it uses llms.txt to choose what to cite.
Does an llm-info page change what AI tools say?
An llm-info page has no published large-scale evidence behind it. The reports so far are individual sites' experiences. StudioHawk's client data does not cover these pages, because there is no reliable way to spot one across hundreds of sites.
Is an llm-info page worth making?
An llm-info page is worth making when AI assistants describe your business wrongly. Otherwise, put the same facts on your About page, where people read them too. Hawk Academy does a version of this with its EntityMap, which lists the facts about Hawk Academy and its resources, each tied to the page it comes from. More in our guide, Is llms.txt Worth It?
