Lawrence Hitches is an AI SEO consultant based in Melbourne, Chief of Staff at StudioHawk, and a course instructor at Hawk Academy. He joined StudioHawk as a Junior SEO in 2018 with no agency experience. By 2021 he was General Manager, and now serves as Chief of Staff.
Over that period, Lawrence built the team, created the systems, engineered the culture, and hired the specialists who have delivered SEO campaigns for Officeworks, QuickBooks, Kathmandu, New Balance, Kogan, Mecca, and hundreds more. Under his leadership the agency grew to 120-plus team members across Melbourne, Sydney, London, and Atlanta, won 45+ industry awards, and scaled past $20M in global revenue.
