Cancellation Terms

These cancellation terms apply to all courses, programs, memberships, and services offered by Hawk Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through hawkacademy.co (“Website”). By enrolling in our services, you agree to the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation by User

1.1. Courses and Programs

  • Cancellation Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment in a course or program more than 3 days before the scheduled start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
  • Cancellation After Course Start: Cancellations made after the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

1.2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months.

2. Cancellation by Hawk Academy

We reserve the right to cancel any course, program, or service for reasons including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Full Refunds for Academy-Initiated Cancellations: If Hawk Academy cancels a course, program, or service, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Rescheduled Courses: In the event of rescheduling, you may opt to attend the new session or request a full refund if the new date is not convenient.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a course or program without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, and you may forfeit any right to reschedule unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of personal emergencies, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider offering a refund or rescheduling options. Requests for such considerations must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain administrative fees, material costs, and deposits may be non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined during the enrollment or purchase process.
